Gaming Love Of Females On Mobile


India is a country where men are leading the gaming community but, in few years, we have seen female gamers increasing. India has seen a huge growth for mobile games, and it is estimated to reach $1.1 billion by 2020.

Advancement of technology has not only bought better and high smartphones but also made it affordable to everyone. Internet with cheaper rates, better network and good speed has further led to growth of smartphones. Now across India, almost everyone is having smartphone.

Mobile is used for almost everything today including online entertainment. People of all age group, all gender uses smartphones. Mobile is used for communication, purchases and entertainment. Online gaming plays one of the major roles in entertainment. Almost 40% of men and 35% women plays online games on mobile at least 5 days in a week.

Share of female gamers compared to male is still less but female gamers are no way behind when it comes to gaming. Gaming market has seen tremendous growth in few years. Gaming is no longer limited to consoles and computers and now it can be played on mobile very easily. There are various awesome games online which are not only played by males but our female audience too. And if you are thinking females would be playing limited games like Ludo, Candy Crush or Card games then you are mistaken. In fact, women love playing violent games like men. They love playing games like Counter-Strike, FIFA, DOTA and PUBG.

Gaming companies are enhancing their games such that it meets their audience needs and offer them awesome game playing experience. They see to it that not only males, but females get more engaged to their games and stay entertained. There are new game formats coming up with new features and different gaming experience every now and then. Females of all age group enjoy playing games online as per their taste. It is good to see females coming and playing games of different kinds and bringing a positive change in gaming world in India where it was assumed that games are only for males.
